Thursday Afternoons 9/6-11/8/2012 Grief Support Group
Beacon Hospice of Concord recently announced the start of an eight week Grief Support Group. The group, which is free and open to the public, is designed to help individuals confront the challenges of loss and cope with the feelings associated with the death of a loved one.
